aDrive is a cloud storage service, which previously offered a free "Basic" tier, but closed it on Nov 16, 2015. [1]
URL format

Leaving off the file name part (the last section of the first URL) also works. There are also URLs of the form: www.adrive.com/public/overlimit which appear to be shown when more than 10 people are trying to download the same file.
