aDrive is a cloud storage service, which previously offered a free "Basic" tier, but closed it and (apparently) deleted all the files on Nov 16, 2015. http://www.adrive.com/basicDiscontinued[IA•Wcite•.today•MemWeb]
URL format
Example of a URL: https://www.adrive.com/public/PJ4y7B/Adult_Sentencing_Manual_2008_ErrataSheetFTRSO2ndSubsequent.pdf which links to https://downloadwww31.adrive.com/public/view/PJ4y7B.html
Leaving off the file name part (the last section of the first URL) also works. There are also URLs of the form: www.adrive.com/public/overlimit which appear to be shown when more than 10 people are trying to download the same file.
