Atomicgamer
Atomicgamer and its hosted sites are shutting down some time in July 2015.

Schbirid is in contact and trying to archive it all. They are supportive but it is a slow process.
The doomworld file tree from atomicgamer should be safe, according to jmtd.
Schbirid archived the telefragged sub tree from atomicgamer some years ago: https://www.quaddicted.com/files/mirrors/ftp.telefragged.com/ (reconstructed the original FTP structure so it is not a great "archive". there is a tar file somewhere too.)
The total of everything is about 9 Terabytes.
Sites in danger
http://www.atomicgamer.com/ Game database, reviews, big file database with lots of ancient files. Schbirid's old scripts might still work but for now we are trying to get permission for direct access to the files: http://pastebin.com/3wzgy0Kr & http://pastebin.com/BHm3kRft
