Dynamic DNS services often have either short-lived or fragile subdomains so are good targets for archiving.

ArchiveBot

When doing DynDNS archiving, please link to this page for the explanation.

Discovery

Searching for "dynamic DNS" in search engines may find some domains, otherwise you will come across the domains in your other archiving activities.

Strategy

DynDNS sites generally work well in ArchiveBot, but may be underpowered so use one connection and delay 1000. Some may have aggressive crawler blocking too.

Use subdomain enumeration to find sites and site exploration to ensure that you got all the URLs that can be found on the site.

Probably at least some subdomains will have been saved already, so check the viewer before saving each subdomain.
