Gyertyalang.hu (literally candlelight.hu) is a special Hungarian website where mourning relatives and friends can light virtual candles for their deceased beloved ones.
The website seems to have been launched in 2008, and has retained its structure and style since then.
As of October 2020, more than 128,000 people have been commemorated on the website.
