MIT OpenCourseWare is a compilation of courses from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. More than 2000 courses are available on the website. Other universities around the world publish their courses on the website, OCW is not exclusive to MIT.
The license of the courses use to be CC-BY-NC-SA, however, the website now has its own set of requirements for any courses to be posted. http://ocw.mit.edu/help/faq-intellectual-property/ has more information for the curious.
