USTREAM is a free live video streaming website, providing streaming videos as opposed to Youtube.

On January 21, 2016, USTREAM was bought by IBM for a reported price in the neighborhood of $125 to $150 million.
At some point, video streams stopped playing, but the FLVs were still downloadable. As of December 2018, with the move to IBM Cloud Video, some channels have been quietly deleted without warning, and the files are gone from server.
