So you can't access the page twitter.com/settings/your_twitter_data without first accepting the new terms? If so, I suggest that you write to the designated DPO to exercise your GDPR rights to interoperability and ask that they email your data. Once they have a process in place to do so, they may start doing it for all users, which is really Nemo 23:01, 25 November 2019 (UTC)
